paypal fees, how to avoid?

hi. i receive some payments of 1$, 5$, etc. in my paypal account. its posible to avoid fees from these payments??

If you use personal account then there is no fee, if you use business or premier you`ll pay fees no way to avoid them.

There is no fees on personal accounts but you won't be able to receive credit card funds on personal account. As long as they are paypal funds, you should be fine.

Can you receive money from others if you have a personal account ? I think i saw in their FAQ that you have to get a business or premier account for that. They will take a fee, but I'm not sure weather they would get a fee even you receive money from another pp member.

I got a $40 payment with a fee taken off and I'm on a personal account. Was this perhaps the other side paying $40 without allowing for their fees?
