Is this page really a PR9

Hey..this seems a bit fishy because they don't seem to be a very big site and still have a PR9 on my google bar. Can you guys help me out and check if it really is a PR9?

All PR checkers show PR 9. Only http://www.checkmypr.com shows PR2! I've mentioned that it shows Yahoo searches: 115,000,000! In other places is given this as a result: Yahoo 18306 + approximate the same back links.

All in all, because of this dramatic differences I think its actual PR is not 9 (probably not 2, but definitely not 9)

Well this probably isn't PR 9. (Would be freakin amazing if it was.) First, think of how it could be PR 9, from faking it, or through things like blackhat SEO.

That domain has registered in 1996 so its a 12 years old domain. its has kept with one domain registrar so if it has a 12 years old site then it is something. even older than Google it self. There aren't many PR9 sites around so im really confused. Also Alexa ranking is 14,254.

PR9 ? Now a days PR10. Read my one of thread where i write MR10. Now a days not in mr9. now mr10. so now don't discuses about mr9. share your information about mr10.

I think this must be a fake page rank. Even yahoo has got only pr 9. Then how is it possible. Let us not believe them. May be the methods followed would have been very easy and different.
