I 'm hosting my website on a free host....
and i tried installing a joomla script... i created the database in sql and whn i added those details while entering them to get the script installed it always shows wrong password and username.... can some one tell me how to install these scripts in the website.... |

Hva you tried to check the SQL details in the joomla script , does they match with yours, this is one common this people miss out.

What host are you using?
Usually, it goes like this: create the database[your database username and password should be the same as your main hosting account details] go to the automated scripts section, select your script there should be a field where you can choose which directory to install it to["/" will install it in your root directory] when installing, input your database and user information[a page to fill out should come up during the installation process] go to your ftp program and modify the "config" file with your database information the script should be installed!
