What is the best program to create a web page?

What is the best program to create a web page in your opinion i am just the begginer and i would like to know what yould be best for me to start with.

The best for a beginner would be blogger. There is really not much technical knowledge you have to learn except some basic HTML.

well i think the starting should be with notepad.
Then start with FrontPage and then head off for Dreamweaver, the bese one

But in notepad its only "raw" commands i been making some basic command is notepad but it cost a lof of time to write every line maybe there is a easier way..

for me the best webdesign software is adobe dreamweaver, very user freindly and also can be very professional with the coding opotion, be sure to take lots of tuts so you can learn every feature, btw i when to a class for it so yea diffrent story

I started with HTML, that is a must if you plan to made and edit web pages. Then you can move on to frontpage and dreamweaver.

After all the WYSIWYG, just jump over to PHP. You MUST learn html by hand... eventually.

If you know coding html and some php then dreamweaver is the program you would need. notepad is good only if you are practicing html. If you want to use a free one that is design based then try bluevoda.

If you are a beginner I would recommend FrontPage if not go for Dreamweaver.
