Paypal approval time fr limited accounts

I was wondering what's the turn around time for paypal to lift your account from being limited after you send your documents. My friend has already submitted his documents 3 days ago but still now email from them.

I heard that it took 15 to 20 days in a very few cases to get their account back. But a lot of people lost their accounts for not being able to send them any documents because they used VCC's to verify their accounts. And in some cases the PayPal support guys kept asking for some more documents saying that they weren't satisfied by the submitted ones.

An internet friend I know got his account limited within a week again after successfully resolved his problems with PayPal for the first time. Apparently, someone complained about not receiving the goods or so and started a claim.

So, your friend might hear from PayPal soon to furnish some more documents or the thing might be resolved in two weeks' time.

This is funny that you ask this question. Because I just had PayPal have my account on limited access because someone authorized an illegal transcation. The good thing was PayPal called me within minutes of this happening and told me what was going on.

I filled out all the fields, changing passwords, confirming SSN, Confirming Address, and then I called them later that day and they lifted the limited access off my account while I was on the phone with them, and I had full access back to my account minutes after I hung up the phone with them.

I think PayPal does a wonderful job when it comes to protecting your account and alerting you when you have had a problem.
