My site is accepted although my site using non-english language. I think your pages should have a PR minimum 1 to be accepted.

they didn't accept my directpry, i at least hope my proxy will be allowed.
from what it says on the registration form they pay either cash (wonder how exactly? 10$ bill in an envelope?) or amazon vuchers
