Hi Guys,
I just mentioned this in another thread but thought it warranted starting its own thread to find out your opinions on it the other night I was searching GoDaddy for domain names for my new site i am starting. I found 2 or 4 really good names, HOWEVER the next day when I went in to purchase them (or the one I thought was the best) they were all gone GoDaddy had purchased them and now owned them themselves. So I'm just letting you know BEWARE that if you are going to just do some homework and look around at available domain names but aren't planning to purchase then and there, Do NOT do so on GoDaddy, they will purchase the name from under you. Their software must record what you did a search for and then be purchased if they think you come up with something good It shocked the heck out of me they would do that Whats your thoughts? |

Never search for domain names with any registrar.
I use who.is or DomainTools.com |
