Google banned and unbanned?

Is it possible to reinstate our adsense account back once we got banned by adsense due to violation of tos? If yes, what is the procedure to follow?

Well you can create a new one. All info needs to be different. Address/email/website/IP! I went to my dads house to get my new account for adsense.

Once you get banned your SSN is blocked from rejoining their program.

Most of the time, you can always email or write to them and request for reinstatement. However, first thing first which you must do is to convince them that you have taken all the necessary steps to overcome the reason that got you banned in the first place. If they are satisfied and you manage to meet the criteria, then you could be accepted back to the program once again.

Ya tell me also how it is possible? I know it doesn't work again.
