Managed dedicated servers ?
I haven't used a dedicated web server yet so I have no idea what this means ? Can someone explain what Managed dedicated server means ?

Dedicated server allows you to utilize all the server resources such as CPU, RAM, disk space and install everything you need, but another side of the coin that you have to manage it ot buy this from the third-party or your host.
The ideal solution for resource intensive sites might be dedicated deals from rackspace.com or solidhost.com with pro-active support and monitoring. |

I know that fully managed dedis demand the person to be experienced in that otherwise it may lead to many issues.

I think that you get get a managed dedicated deal or server management from the third-party, there are companies who offer this service and charge on hourly basis, say hqhost.net.
