Legal acftion is server goes down?
Can i take any legal action if the server goes down more than it advertised.
Like it advertised 99.8% "guaranteed" uptime. But it gives only 99% or 98% only. then can i take legal action against it? |

I don't know whether it worth it with and time and cost it need. Also how you planed to prove that server had gone down more than they said ? But i think always web hosting providers has things in their TOS to avoid this kinda things.
