Any reliable online tool to check website value?

Recently I've come across websiteoutlook[dot]com and use it to check website value. What is shocking is that the figure projected is much higher than I thought even though the site has yet to attain any PR. Is there a reliable online tool other than the one that I mentioned which can give accurate measurement for your website value?

You can't rely on Automatic tools to value a website. It has to be done manually. I don't think any buyer would just believe someone say his site value this mush coz that tool say so.

Yes true!, you need to get a domain appraisal, it's free just post your domain for appraisal, I can't do it to tell you how much your websites costs, but i can tell you if it's expensive or not (estimated value)

Not reliablefor this purpose..appraisals should be done manually and for one of my website it says $50000 value and daily revenue $65 which are much far from true....it also shows 20210 pageviews daily where as real pageview is max 7000 daily.....so it's not good tool
