The safty:Moneybookers VS PayPal
I read a lot here of people selling things, like domains, and then person sold to files a claim with PayPal and gets their money back.
Is MoneyBookers safer for a seller? Do they allow chargebacks? Thanks for any input. |

I think that paypal is the best , many people like it , but I like moneybookers.
moneybookers for me is more safer than paypal. |
