Thats a great deal. But it seems that Microsoft is not going to acquire Yahoo!. Yahoo is waiting for a a much bigger transaction even ready for a alternate transaction that too with Microsoft... Lets see whats gonna happen... i saw this news this morning itself...

i believe, in the end Microsoft and yahoo will never become one.
And Google can be more relax about this although Google is ruling search engine industries, Yahoo is better at their service development. look at Yahoo Movies, Yahoo Hot Jobs, Yahoo Music, etc. |
