First of it isn't just as simple as that lol, if you are offering it with domain hosting etc, and want them to be able to put change their dns to your website then you would need something a bit more custom but if you are looking for something a bit more simple try http://www.multihoster.com.

u got it all wrong its like in http://www.lifelesspeople.com Pleasecheck that site. And yes i know its not easy and domains they have to buy. I only provide hosting

Yes but from what Ive seen there they do not have automated free webhosting, you have to send points to the admin, and then they set up the account and email you everything. Not?
