Do I need all meta titles?

I have noticed all these meta like "cache-control", "distribution", "document-distribution", "document-rating" content="General", "document-rights", "Copywritten work", "document-state", "mssmarttagspreventparsing" and many more and I would like to ask you if you use them all in your sites
