I am getting my highest conversion rate ever on this site www.ourfishingphotos.com . I am getting 6% clickthrough average since creation - which suits me down to the ground - Why do you think this is so high, much higher than my other sites which all have the same themes.

I like the banner placement under the head banner but the one under that is abit offputting and perhaps too obvious, i would suggest moving it

Nothing odd, you've placed the ads in the "hot" places. As for Google hot map, I heard it had been criticized a lot and now they released a new chart, where a lot of attention is paid to placing ads in forums and blogs.
