Some time ago a fellow started a domain (date unknown) , he has since passed away. Another member of the group that posted to that domain took the responsibility to keep it going and maintained. He has since lost interest in it and is offering someone else to take it over. Their is no cost except annual maintenance fee, $20.00. If I took over the name and paid the maintenance fee would I own the domain name. It is a unique name, and could have value. My intention would be to maintain and improve the site, but would sell it if the opportunity arose.
Any thoughts ? |
