paypopup are the best. They always pay on time and their rates are reasonable too

paypopup is the only one I know of (that pays by paypal).

US $4.00 per CPM Popups US $3.00 per CPM Popunders US $4.00 per CPM Exit Pops The problem with popups are that they are annoying, and i think most internet surfers have install popup blockers on their systems. |

I agree with carl...they main thing that hinders the earning from popup is a blocker...also they appear annoying to users so ur site might leave a bad impression on the users!
