also use Xara webstyle for making logos, Menus and backgrounds for your websites

You can use power of Dreamweaver, but I think it’s all up to you and your ideas.

Making a good design is not easy as many people think it is. Buy youself a copy of photoshop and check out some tutorials. There are many sites offering freee tutorials.

Web sites which are using flash technology can have a really good look. The most important thing is your creativity.

If you don't know much about Photoshop etc. I will tell you to hire some designers etc. because I do think a great design makes a great site.

To have a good look i would suggest Flash... You can't get such a clean and decent look for ur site with others.... You would really notice richness in flash designs... You can also go with dream weaver...
