How does 2Checkout work?
I want to sign up for a company that pays out using 2checkout. They also offer paypal but paypal is not available for receiving money in the Philippines. How does 2Checkout work as a form of remmitance system?

2Checkout? Sorry, but never heard of that service before. Is it trusted and good? Don't trust new services like that, they'll take away your money from your bank.
