I have seen a lot of web-sites for sale that give their PR, but are for sale because of good PR predictions. Such a service is provided, for instance, by iwebtool.com.
Are those predictions real? Hence, and the most important question, what is their method of working and does it give overall real further picture? |

They are kinda real, and kinda not. They just guess your PR of what it might be, depending on your link count.

It is nothing correct you know..
Example. http://www.digpagerank.com/index.ph...Abisx.com&dc=18 That is my PR 4 site. Now check the site's results with Google pagerank checker and ChecPageRank.com to see what I mean. |

There is another post related to iwebtool. There posts indicate that the tool gives wrong predictions of PR. We cannot accurately predict a PR. But the PR will be better if the site is updated frequently.

No, this is true. All PR they are given some and mostly they are wrong. When you want to see the result that time you will take decision what you do. After that you will take decision.

In the case of iwebtool, I would also predict a good PR especially because of the domain name which is pretty catchy and really sounds like something I'd be visiting often. A prediction isn't factual, it's just a guess. If you can come up with a pretty good domain name, it can be sold for more than you bought it for because of its PR predictions.

sharkee, I see, but but do you think that it is a good investment to buy a developed web-site when its real PR has a dramatical difference with its real PR. I mean, to pay for 7-8 PR when its actual PR is 4 or 5.
All in all, I think its a good to pay of the middle PR. For instance, it is a good investment if I pay for 4 PR when a particular web-site has PR 3 and has PR prediction of 4 - 5. Do you think it is a good method? |
