web template help plzz!!

hello to everyone...can any one tell me how to make good web templete with the use of good template editter and how to use them with the web desiging..

I would start with a spell checker as you carnt spell
editor
web designing

lol

Now back to topic
If you have no idea and are seeking help i would start with dloading a free template there are thousands of them on the net.

Start by looking how the template is set out
learn how to edit the template and move things around.
once you grasp the basics use your editor and make a page from scratch.
place a header some content and a footer.
upload it to your server and see how it looks.

Ive been programming for 5 years now and i have never built a template from scratch.
I grab a free one that i like as it saves me time
but ime lazy

Get a editor like Photoshop, or if you don't want to pay Gimp, and then do some tutorials. I advise tutorialized.com

First of all, u need to learn create web templates with photoshop. and than programing or smthg.
