Imagine the money they hold if a member cannot claim the earnings from mylot just because they lost their passphrase. I've been requesting for temporary passphrase twice but until now no reply.

Well it is just for security that it should not be easy to get passphrase if you lost it. I think they will reply you soon and you will get passphrase but be careful in future.

I think e-gold support has not been that good. I once made an enquiry on why my IP address was banned from accessing my account, and until today still haven't receive any reply from them. And that was more than a month ago.

the same problem i also have,i just cant access to my account using my ip and in that case i have to use a different computer.Dont know whats wrong with them
