- Answer pre-sales questions via Live Chat, Email and Forum


Requirements
- You MUST be 18+ years old
- Good communication skills (written and oral)
- If you commit to a certain schedule, please keep them.
- Must have knowledge of the hosting industry
- Need to have general knowledge about support level one in order to answer general questions
- Honesty


Shifts
Shifts are to be determined on a case by case basis.
