yes they are but if you have a small budget you can have a hosting for low sa $1 only...

Rashas, I would definitely work sharpen up on your grammar skills. But anyway, I would say that hosting for $1 is not worth it. Put up the $5-$10 that it takes to have a good reliable web host.

I have been using freehostia as my free host for about a year now and I can say they are reliable. A few downtime here and there but overall they are good.

Their control panel has many built-in function. And the response from them is ok. |
