Rude hosting company
If your hosting company delivers everything it advertises but is extremely rude. Will you still conduct business with them?

if you have no problems yet, you can stay with that host company. But I dont think they will help you if you'll have problems, or you will have to wait very long. If I were, I would try to search for nice and reliable company

hmph. i've been through this. since there's no more money back guarantees, and i still half 6 month to go. i use all his hosting resource till he kick me out .

Not a chance, i want hosting providers who look and take care after their customers, not treat them as they are worth nothing.
