Am I abiding by the adsense TOS?

The other day I contacted Google adsense who refused to check my site (they used to do so and now they're apparently too busy). So now I'm a little worried: I've placed adsense ads (2 leaderboards: one on the template header and one on the footer) of my forum and on my social bookmarking site.

Is there anything that says google ads shouldn't be placed on either? Can someone who knows the answer please let me know, thanks.

AdSense Team refused to check your site ? Now thats hard to believe becouse it has never happened to me.

As long as you follow the rules in ad placement, you are fine (i.e. using the allowed labels, do not place images next to ads, do not make ads so that people mistake them as navigation button) etc.

I did think it was really odd. The last time I asked them to check my site (my first website ever) they did. This time they sent something like: we don't really have time to check out individual websites so just make sure you read the TOS well and trust that your not breaking the rules. Something like that.

They also did check my site fast? and banned me fast? i wonder why they did refuse your site? what is your topic or niche by the way?

I think that they can not have the time to review all the sites that contain adsense and is request it by the webmaster. Imagine how many millions sites are containing adsense. And imagine if everybody asks for reviewing...

I think if they said that, then it's ok. Perhaps what they trying to say is, "whatever, just follow the rules!"

I think you should be OK with the forum, but placing adsense on a social bookmarking site may be difficult because placing ads on a page with no actual content is not allowed. I guess it would depend what content you have on your pages.
