MySpace Bulletin to 9550 Friends for Posts to My Forum

First, I need a new layout, but I haven't been able to find one that I really like. If you can give me or show me where to get a cool new layout, something having to do with IT computer stuff, I will send a bulletin to my 9550 friends for your site/forum.

Second, and this is for everyone, I will send a bulletin to 9550 people if you join my forum and post 5 posts. If you keep going and post 5 more, I will send another bulletin....and so on. 50 posts gets 10 bulletins, but I don't want a bunch of short posts like "LOL" or smileys faces. They have to be real posts, good content. And you can post anywhere in the forum you like.
