Just to add my own tid bit to this I actually sent my envelopes off about
a week ago and I have got $12 dollars already I also have posted in about
50 forums so far and still posting. The rest of this message
is from the original post I found. Also I tried the paypal one similar to this
and it doesn't work because people can just request their funds back the
dishonest ones that is I had it happen to me. Snail Mail is the best way.

STEP two: Now take the #1 name off the list that you see above, move the
other
names up (six becomes 5, 5 becomes 4, and etc.) and add YOUR NAME as
