Default Finding the Best Host

1. decide what your site is. Personal, hacking, anime, all of the above, etc.
2. will it need to high traffic...small traffic or will it change often.
3. what is your budget?
4.do you understand how to use any panels?
5.how much mb in files do you plan to host?

Now that you're ready list these items on forums.

when they offer these items be sure they have good support both online, email, and a ticket system is preferred as that is most essential because if they suck youll need to contact them back asap for money back.

Be sure they have a refund policy.

Be sure their uptime is better than 97%

Try for a company that has been up for at least 3 months.
