What's your biggest frustration about free hosts?

I hate it when I get a free host and get my website up and going pretty good getting some visitors and then having the company shut down and losing all those visitors. I know its not hard to get them back but its just frustrating especially when all the files to the site were hosted on it and havnt been backed up on your conmputer.
