The design is similar to google and the ads that are shown are google ads so one may think why not go directly to google?
Also you do not have manu pages indexed i tried to search for a website and did not find it-even it is on google search.

ya, actually we have just shifted the server, and links are dead now (working earlier).

I like the logo. Great site.

I also like the way you have the different sections. Like: I searched for 'christmas' and first it showed web results, then q&a, then dictionary. One thing you could do with that is maybe have them all start out collapsed, because the results page is very long.
