SEO Tips

Hi all,

From my experience many of the SEO gurus are not sharing their secrets. Many of us including me, struggling to learn SEO as well as other marketting strategies.

Why don't we join here and collate what we know already? I just thought if each and every one of us share one tip here, it will be helpful to all of us.

Here is my first tip:

1. Find the right keywords for your web site
2. Optimize your web pages for these keywords (Each and every page not a single page)
3. Submit your web pages to all important search engines and directories
4. Get links from other web sites and make sure that these links contain your keywords

These things have been repeated again and again, that's why gurus are tired of repeating them.
Your points are correct. I'm just not sure whether it's still worth submitting sites to search engines, especially Google, bots will follow links to your site anyway.

I have to agree, Gurus will never share all the secrets because they don't want competition. If everyone becomes guru, what they will do?

Those are excellent tips. But getting links is a bit hard unless you are willing to pay for it.
