Need $1-1.5 hosting

Hi guys, I am looking for a fairly cheap hosting account US $ 1-1.5 a month. Don’t have many requirements from it, apart from the fact it should have 50-100mb of space, 1-2gb of monthly bandwidth, cpanel and at least 1 mysql database (need to run a blog).

Also I should be able to pay on a monthly basis without entering into a contract and payment should be allowed through paypal.

If any one has any recommendations please let me know.

Would you considerer a $3-$5 web hosting? or are you really on a tight budget?

Ramfir I am really looking at $ 1-2 range because this blog is just an experiment for me and also a way to gain some pr and back links before I sell the domain. For some personal reasons I don’t want to host it on my reseller account and due to that I am really on a tight budget.

Yeah...I also interested in original posters question. I'm also looking for cheap hosting provider. Please recommend some good names.
