Hosting Rebate or Coupons

Hi There,

What is the opinion on hosting affiliates that gives you rebate or coupons when your host with their hosting partners.
Exp when I host directly with Hosting Company A I have to pay US10/pm = US120/py, where else if I use Hosting Affiliate A to sign-up and I get US40 rebate or coupon so that saves me US40 from actual US120. The package and service that I get is same if i go directly and host with Hosting Company A, its just I use Affiliate A to get my rebate.

ps. If you get a rebate from US30-US50 on yearly basis if you continue to use the same hosting company. Do you think that is a good deal.( Of course we are talking about some well know and reliable hosting company here )
