Default Use generic terms

Use common names for websites like coffee.au or food.ca, then you will be ranked high in the search engines and also get direct traffic if someone types it.

The other advantage is that you can sell it for a huge price, realestate.com got sold for a huge 11 million $, the guy who brought the domain for few hundred $ became millionaire overnight.

After your explaination , i think i will try to register a domain using generic terms .
Thank for the info.
