Is there a program that helps you build websites?

I am looking for a program or website that you can build a web free template and then convert what you built to html so you can put it on a site.

Could you explain a little more?
You want a program that converts a free template from the internet to a template you want?
So do you want a program that helps you editing it?
Do you want to edit the template, or just the text/content?

Dreamweaver is also a good software that will have pre-made sites that you can edit/customize. You might also want to check out some free open source softwares they have online, it saves you a whole lot of trouble and instead of editing the template, you only have to edit the theme. Well you can use frontpage, coffecup or dreamweaver to edit or design simple html templates. You can also download free templates from web by searching in google.

Dreamweaver is awesome website bulid. Its comes with templates for all kinds of site selling sites fan sites everything try out the free 30 day trial at macromedia.

I'd recommend downloading some free templates that you can find via search. Then edit them in Dreamweaver or Frontpage. Do this a few time and you'll get something a lot more valuable: knowledge of how they work and how to modify them well.
