Verifying paypal

hi, Iam an Indian. And i have an unverified paypal account. Iam a student and i dont have a credit card for myself and Iam struggling out here to add a credit card to my paypal account as no banks are coming forward to offer me credit card as iam a student. I have only DEBIT CARDS And all these Visa and Mastercard DEBIT cards issued by the banks here in India do not work with paypal. So can any one help me with this regard? Can anyone tell me an easy way to get credit card and get activated with my paypal account with cost effectively. Is there any way to apply Credit cards online which dont ask for the documents like pan card, pay slip etc, etc. Is there any bank that gives students credit card for free or cost?? Is that bank issue credit card to my country, India?? . Or can any one suggest some other easy way to get verified with my paypal account?? . All the sugestions and solutions are appreciated and will be very helpful for a poor boy here.
