I need a writer to write a simple funny quiz.

The quiz is in the format of 9 questions, then a result based on scoring from those questions. Please PM with your email address so that i can send u a doc file as example/sample

The deliverable is a Word Doc containing:
- The nine questions each with 5 answers each
- Five results, based on the scoring.
- 5 image URL's (from photobucket or similiar) that match up to the five results.

The total word count should be 800 - 1000 words. (If the initial project is good, then there is lots of scope for repeat work)
