I had an account with them too (but it was through a reseller). They went offline for a couple of weeks. They weren't replying to any of their clients because there were just too many complaints. But then they eventually went online for about 2-3 days and I was able to backup the files I had with them. Thank goodness, 'coz I thought all my hard work went into the drain!
I don't think their intention was to steal/cheat people. I just think that they lack experience and knowledge in dealing with servers, so it was probably the overselling that killed their servers. Not replying to their e-mails pretty much killed their business, and unhappy user reviews pretty much killed their reputation.  |
