need help in choosing a script

need some help with choosing a script.I want to start a site that has info about colleges in my locality,the site will have several pages with one or two pages for every college.The page includes pictures and other details of the respective college.

the site may have a few hundred pages,so i am looking
for a script that allows me to add pages upon will ,and also that supports multiple users(with power hierarchy) ,a forum integration(smf/phpbb/mybb) will be very good but is not mandatory.

and finally as i don't intend to make any profit from all this,can someone please suggest a free script
