Can anybody tell me Which is the best doman extension after .com?, i am trying to have my domain registered but its not available with .com extension, so just looking for next most popular one

If you looks for cheaper domain name then better to take .info domains,other wise try .org and .net.

.net is popular after .com, but try to put hypen on that domain, if still cannot .net or info is popular after .com domain.But ia ma very seldom use other than .com domain.

for me, it's the .net domain names.

But if your target visitors are from a certain country only (for example, your target visitors are from Mexico), then I'll go for country code top level domain names (in my example, it's .com.mx).

I prefer .org names, as they tend to give off a more authorative feel. But that only works good for content sites. Otherwise a .net domain is the next best solution.

I guess that the most popular extension after .com is .net and after that is .org. i prefer .org names myself.
Now it is up to you to pick what you want

.net is the next alternative after .com

but i really love to type the name of the site in the browser bar

then clcik

ctrl + enter

this is very easy so i always register .com domain

.net ye, that's why most of the domain seller recommend you buy the name in .net of whatever .com domain you buyed.

Its .net of course but if it is a targeted website to some specific country then I'd prefer the ccTLD.
