VPS Win2003 Security & Maintenance

I am looking for software helping me maintaining my VPS WIN2003 automatically.
For instance if apache is getting for 100% CPU usage and RAM consuming for a long period of time then this software restarts it and messages me about failure or tries to resolve problems itself.
Also checks if HTTP server is ok and responds ok, MYSQL works or not and so on...
Any recommendations?

Also interested in anti hacking anti-DDOS anti-misuse software…
And Internet Activity Monitor … sometimes I get high CPU APACHE for no reason and really don’t know why… Interested in figuring out what’s going on inside of my VPS WIN2003

No such thing as anti hacking anti ddos software.

however you can take the following measures

Get a COMMERCIAL firewall
Configure the firewall CORRECTLY.
Get your security reviewed by a security company/enthusiast.
Not sure on the services restart script
But seriously, windoze 2003? WHY?!
