I need reliable host to my personal blog

As the title i need a reliable host to my personal blog, i need some space and good bandwidth about 100GB/mo and supports php of course and 99% uptime.
Lots of people recommended me 000webhost.com but i signed up 3 time and didn't received the confirmation email and contacted the admin with no reply.
Any help?

I never known of a blog that required 100gb bandwidth to operate... Is there anything else on the site that you will be hosting to use that much bandwidth ?

Will you need support for a domain name or a subdomain name ?

How much traffic is your current or soon to be website generating ?

First of all yes i need support for a domain name but not right away ( i mean that i want to test the blog for about 2 weaks first )
And regarding the bandwidth, i need this amount because it is a video blog and i don't want to host my video on sites like youtube and others unless i had too.
