Hey,
A good program you can use for virus program is called Avast Anti Virus. They used to be paid but you can accquire a free version at there website now(www.avast.com). Its very reliable and I have used it for awhile. I also am using ag and they both work greatly together.

I use "SBC Yahoo Online Protection". It does virus and spy detection. It comes with SBC Yahoo DSL.

Something called Panda Antivirus for viruses & Spybot for Spywares

I use Symantec Anti virus and lava soft for spy ware.

I use that antivirus and it works like a charm, i love the way it makes a sound and alerts you when it has found a virus on your computer, plus its free so you can get some good PC protection for free, thanks for sharing that with us smub

I prefer avg although I use Antivira alongside with it..Avg is kinda fast and light as it won't affect s/m performance as long as you're not running a scan....Scan is pretty serious and the rest is assured...Antivira is also good and Im starting to like that too...

If you have Genuine Windows you can install Windows Defender it's free and effective. Next alternative is Spybot Search and destroy it's very powerful and the main thing is that it's totally free.
