You actually have to look at the downtime. IMO Hostgator is the best host on the net but that's my bias opinion. You pay more for quality so it's kind of hard to compare to other host without having all the facts.

I've only read good things about them. Haven't used them myself, but if I was thinking about changing, it most likely would've been with Hostgator.

I like this company. I stayed with them for about a year or so. I only paid about $10 for 6 six sites. Their support team is amazing. Too bad I can't afford their reseller hosting.

I tried Hostgator's reseller in the past. Then after it was a release website templates but I changed afterward to another supplier because of a better offer.
