It is good to change your password frequently.It can make your password more safe and hack free.But always remember your password,do ot forget it while changing.

I dont change the passwords often. I just remember 5 different passwords and use them at payment transaction sites, banking, hosting, domain names.

I only change my password, when someone knows it. I am not worrying about my accounts security, cause i am using 5 passwords at many webs

If you keep password difficult one than it will best one for you which not require to change password regularly
