    Thanks for telling us of the report. I really am not interested in paying so much over domain names because simply having keyword related names might not be enough for setting up a successful business project over the net.

    I am one of those people who love stats like this. I have always wondered what specific domain names were the most expensive...Not to sure about #10, but the rest of them make sense to me.

    Wow, even if I have just the domain in the number ten list, I would retire and live comfortably off that interest in my country.

    I like fund.com, hosting.com and computers.com but two domains that did'nt impressed me at all are datarecovery and tandberg..
    @ bizwiz... Which one do you own?

    Those really are expensive. I'll just go with the cheap ones and optimize them.

    I dont think this list is accurate. Whatever happened to sex.com and business.com? I belive they sold for something in the 15 million range.

    I don't think that list is correct at all. Sex.com was auctioned few years ago for around 14 million dollars and Sex.net year later for around 4.5 million. Also I'm sure there were few more big sales which are not mentioned there.

    There is one name missing and that is s*x.com sold more than $8 million/.
