If you have a free web hosting provider, what do you use your hosting for? Is it used for your own personal website or do you use it as a way to save some money on the cost of running a business website?

I use it for my personal agendas. Like advertising my referral links on a lot of sites I am with. I also use them to get friends and have a little exposure.

Although awardspace has been great for two years for me I still am worried and I do not host any money making sites with them.

Its good for blogging and also use them just to test a site and show others the site.
I wish I could host the site myself but probably too complicated.
