I am looking to buy established sites/blogs/forums in the outdoors niche. Sites about hiking, camping, climbing, kayaking, fishing, skiing, mountaineering, etc.
I prefer sites at least 3 months old and have traffic.

Either way will work the same.....as long as you are using different directories.....
IP might be a problem if some one is using different identities on the same directory to try to fool them...
Depends on the type of site.....some can lose their value by "playing around" with the content....
If you have a site that can be done on a regular basis....the spiders will return more often.......
